SHIPPING POLICY
We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
We only ship product to confirmed addresses. The address has to confirm via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 2-5 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday. For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days.
Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER
You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas Ashley’s Dream Hair shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.
RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed we can not issue any refunds.
Exchanges: we do not offer exchanges on hair hair/wigs at the moment.
